Important Registration & Payment Information

To secure your spot in any  upcoming CE Classes, please follow the steps below carefully.

How to Register and Pay for Continuing Education Classes

  1. Select Your Class – In the first field, choose your desired class from the drop-down list of currently available courses.
  2. Complete the Registration Form – Fill in all required fields (marked with a red asterisk *), including your NJ LMT license number.
  3. Certificate Name – Enter your name exactly as it appears on your NJ LMT license. This will be used for your Certificate of Completion.
  4. Agree to Policies – Read and agree to our policies by checking the “I Agree” box.
  5. Signature & Date – Type your name and select today’s date.
  6. Submit – Click the “Submit” button to complete your registration.

💳 In-Person Registration Option: LMTs are welcome to register and pay in person via cash, check, or credit card. Registration forms can be completed onsite.

Important Policies:

  • Your registration is not finalized until BOTH the form and payment are received. We cannot ‘hold seats.’
  • It is YOUR responsibility to register and pay in full in a timely way to avoid the Late Registration fees and to ensure your seat is secured
  • Early registration deadlines vary by class. Check individual CE class pages.
  • Late registration fees ($25) apply if payment is made after the deadline.
  • If you do not receive a payment confirmation email within 72 hours, please call us at 732-608-7781 (Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm).
  • Final class details will be emailed approximately one week before the class start date.

Continuing Education classes are non-refundable.

Body in Mind Massage Institute (BIMMI) and/or class instructor reserves the right to cancel a class due to under-enrollment at which time, participant will be issued a full refund within 2 weeks of cancellation either using the same form for which class was paid, or by check mailed to the participant.

Students cancelling registration:

At least 7 days prior to the class will receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee (per class). No refund will be issued after 7 days, except in cases of medical emergency. No refund will be given to a participant if they fail to be in attendance upon commencement of class. Notice of student registration cancellation may be made by phone or in writing. Written notice shall be delivered to BIMMI by email or regular mail. Date of cancellation shall be considered the actual date such notice is received at BIMMI. Refunds for student-initiated registration cancellations shall be made within 5 business days for credit card or Paypal payments; payments by check or cash shall be refunded within 10 business days.

Payments processed using this online form will appear on your statement as Phoenix Wellness Institute, LLC
